After a long weekend getaway to Saugatuk MI, where I worried a lot less about tracking what I ate and only squeezed in one run, I knew my Tuesday workout was going to be trying. It didn't help that I got a poor night sleep but in all honesty I was mentally ready to get at it. Too bad I wasn't really physically ready and all the mechanics were, well just off and not really all that together. Ended up literally muscling through it, with a few re-starts due to form, and was happy to just be done. As they say tomorrow is another day, if only I could get some good sleep!
