    Es hora de buscar nuestro bastón (en mi caso un palo de escoba) y ejercitar, hoy nos vamos a enfocar en trabajar piernas, claro, sin peso, lo que basicamente sera una rutina de aerobicos en la que la cantidad de circuitos que se realicen seran la clave para obtener resultado, lo que yo te recomendaría siempre es 3 o 4 sets de estos ejercicios cumpliendo con el número de repeticiones que establece las imagenes e intentando reducir tiempos de decanso entre ejercicios al minimo.

    El objetivo es el mismo, reducir el porcentaje de grasa corporal, aunque debo comentarles que durante todo este mes de agosto no he entrenado con peso, me he alejado del gym por un tiempo ya que estoy trabajando en otros proyectos personales, en cuanto a los entrenamientos siento que no lo estoy haciendo del todo bien. los animos no han estado al 100 pero estoy contando los días para por fin pasar esta pagina y hablarles de lo que ha sido mi vida las últimas semanas... Por ahora, me conformo con drenar tantas cosas a traves del ejercicio, que es mi mejor terapia, esta semana espero subir la montaña un par de veces.
