    Tenia casi un mes sin hacer una rutina en casa... Bueno, de hecho tengo más o menos ese tiempo sin entrenar correctamente, me he descuidado, creo que lo hablé antes y es que los ultimos dos meses he llevado mi día a día de forma sedentaria, y desafortunadamente por cuestiones de tiempo creo que seguire así otro par. En fin, tratare de hacerlo al menos 3 veces por semana, solo debo organizar mejor mi tiempo y sobretodo corregir el mal habito de trasnocharme.

    Hoy sera solo cardio, combinado con algunos golpes, como podrán ver llame a esta rutina "La del Rocky", pero solo como un chiste, realmente no fue usada en la pelicula ni nada por el estilo, me causa gracia y por ende aquí estas, viendo como ponerte igual a arnold schwarzenegger con este cardio intenso en casa. Es un circuito, ¿esto que significa?, que vamos a hacer todos los ejercicios que se muestran en el video sin pausa, o al menos haremos el maximo esfuerzo para detenernos el minimo posible.

    Vamos a repetir el set tres veces, por lo cual el tiempo de descanso es entre dichos sets más no entre los ejercicios como tal, aún así intenta no superar los 5 minutos, hidratate y tan pronto como sientas energía suficiente retoma el entrenamiento, debemos quemar calorías y sabemos que lo estamos consiguiendo cuando estamos bañados en sudor... Así que no te detengas hasta tener esa camiseta humeda herman@.
