Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes las variaciones de straddle que estoy haciendo actualmente.

La plancha es un ejercicio estático del street workout en dónde se emplea fuerza principalmente en los hombros, para lanzar la plancha necesitamos tener una buena base en cuanto a la fuerza de los hombros, para evitar las lesiones y mejorar de manera más rápida.
The plank is a static exercise of the street workout where strength is used mainly in the shoulders, to launch the plank we need to have a good base in terms of shoulder strength, to avoid injuries and improve faster.

Estoy empezando a dominar la plancha straddle y por eso estoy haciendo algunas variaciones para seguir puliendo, perfeccionando y de esa manera empezar a entrenar e intentar la full plancha, que es el límite de la plancha base; Lo más alto en cuanto a plancha sin contar las variaciones.
I'm starting to master the plancha straddle and that's why I'm doing some variations to continue polishing, perfecting and thus begin to train and try the full plancha, which is the limit of the base plancha; The highest in terms of plancha without counting the variations.
