Acá les vengo a compartir estos 4 ejercicios para fortalecer y tonificar nuestro abdomen. Es una rutina de tan solo 4 ejercicios nada difíciles de realizar. Sin embargo, si se le añaden más repeticiones o series a esta rutina, puede ser considerada para un nivel avanzado. Sin más que agregar, acá les dejo la rutina. 💪🏻😊

Here I come to share with you these 4 exercises to strengthen and tone our abdomen. It is a routine of only 4 exercises that are not difficult to perform. However, if you add more repetitions or sets to this routine, it can be considered for an advanced level. Without more to add, here is the routine. 💪🏻😊

    EJERCICIO #1: LEVANTAMIENTO DE RODILLAS EN BARRA. (Mantenerse varios segs en la última repetición). [15 Reps x 4 series]
    KNEE RAISES ON BAR. (Hold for several seconds on the last repetition). [15 Reps x 4 sets]
