Rutina Poderosa / Powerful Routine

El desarrollo de las rutinas van siempre a depender de tu estado físico y emocional, por eso siempre tengo nuevas o varias reservadas. Hoy me siento muy radiante y contenta, así que me puse hacer una de mis rutinas más largas e intensas, espero la puedan disfrutar tanto como Yo.

The development of the routines will always depend on your physical and emotional state, that's why I always have new ones or several reserved. Today I feel very radiant and happy, so I started to do one of my longest and most intense routines, I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do.

Es perfecta para fortalecer todo el cuerpo, aumentar la resistencia y desarrollar la flexibilidad articular. Además me ayuda mucho para mi pierna en rehabilitación y me da un mayor bienestar general, el cual no lograría con otras.

It is perfect for strengthening the whole body, increasing resistance and developing joint flexibility. It also helps me a lot with my leg in rehab and gives me a better general well being, which I would not achieve with others.

Lo mejor es que puse las indicaciones del vídeo en español e inglés. Me despido con cariño, besos inmensos...
