SWC I am Rousbert @rousbertsw99. Today I want to share with you my experience and compilation of the Street Workout and Calisthenics Exhibition that we did on September 11 of this year at the Sambil Shopping Center - Barquisimeto - Edo.Lara 🍃🌷🍂

Iniciando el día los Atletas ubicados en la cuidad de Maracay nos preparamos para encontrarnos a una hora aproximada de las 8:00 AM en el C.C Parque Aragua, lugar donde deberíamos esperar el transporte que nos pasaría buscando, para luego partir hacia el C.C Sambil - Barquisimeto - Edo.Lara, dónde seria realizada nuestra Exhibición. A lo largo del recorrido pasamos buscando a los Atletas del Edo.Carabobo, después de allí, seguimos nuestro viaje hacía nuestro objetivo..

Starting the day the athletes located in the city of Maracay we prepared to meet at approximately 8:00 AM in the Parque Aragua Shopping Center, where we should wait for the transport that would pass us looking for, and then depart to the Sambil Shopping Center - Barquisimeto - Lara State, where our exhibition would be held. Along the way we passed looking for the athletes of Carabobo State, after there, we continued our journey towards our goal..

Llegando a la entrada.. A una hora aproximada de las 2:00 PM nos adentramos en el C.C Sambil hacia la zona donde realizaríamos este maravilloso evento.

Arriving at the entrance. At approximately 2:00 PM we entered the Sambil Shopping Center towards the area where this wonderful event would take place.

Una entrada que me sorprendió.. y dejo salir la gran emoción que comprimía dentro de mis sentimientos..

An entry that surprised me... and let out the great emotion that I was compressing inside my feelings..

Ya llegando al lugar nos dieron la bienvenida, y nosotros de nuestra parte dimos un cordial saludo a todos y cada uno de las Personas y Hivers que yacian en el lugar, Además de los Organizadores y algunos Staffs , Protocolo y obviamente el líder de #SWC @manuelramos que nos estaban esperando con todo listo y ya armado para en unos minutos, dar comienzo a este gran evento.

Arriving at the place we were welcomed, and we on our part gave a warm greeting to each and every one of the people and Hivers who were in the place, in addition to the organizers and some Staffs, Protocol and obviously the leader of #SWC @manuelramos who were waiting for us with everything ready and already assembled for a few minutes, to start this great event.

Ya pasado el tiempo y preparados, se dió comienzo al evento a las 3:00 PM, Hora en la que estaba planificada a comenzar. Para dar apertura al gran evento inició @manuelramos dando la bienvenida y saludos a tod@s en el C.C Sambil y Explicando un poco de #HIVE y #SWC además de que trata la disciplina deportiva Street Workout - Calistenia.

Already past the time and prepared, the event began at 3:00 PM, the time it was planned to start. To open the great event began @manuelramos welcoming and greeting everyone at the C.C Sambil and explaining a little of #HIVE and #SWC as well as what is the sport discipline Street Workout - Calisthenics.

Luego pasaron a presentarse los Speakers dónde tuvieron una pequeña apertura para compartir sus experiencias y dar a conocer todos y cada uno, de lo que es #Hive, de que trata, la descentralización y todo el mundo sobre la Web3.

Then the Speakers were introduced, where they had a small opening to share their experiences and let everyone know what #Hive is, what it is about, decentralization and everything about Web3.

Posteriormente los Atletas pasaron a dar su exhibición comenzando con la Calistenia en el que demostramos los principales ejercicios básicos y movimientos para progresar, ganar fuerza, resistencia, y todo lo básico para adentrarnos al deporte como tal.

Afterwards the athletes went on to give their exhibition starting with Calisthenics in which we demonstrated the main basic exercises and movements to progress, gain strength, endurance, and all the basics to get into the sport as such.

Luego de ello pasamos a dar la respectiva exhibición de Street Workout por orden de categorías, primero empezó la Categoría "Amateur" luego la Categoría "Semi-Profesional" y posterior a este la Categoría "Profesional" dónde los espectadores puedieron apreciar la mejoría de los movimientos Dinamicos y Estáticos entre los Atletas y entre Categorías.

After that we went on to give the respective exhibition of Street Workout in order of categories, first began the "Amateur" Category, then the "Semi-Professional" Category and after this the "Professional" Category where the spectators could appreciate the improvement of the Dynamic and Static movements between the Athletes and between Categories.

Luego de esto se dió paso a los Atletas del Estado Lara (Atletas Invitados) a dar su Exhibición y demostrar su desempeño y habilidad dentro del Street Workout, Además para culminar con la exhibición entre los invitados se dió paso a Giampero Fusco, un Atleta muy reconocido a nivel nacional en el País.

After this we gave way to the Athletes of Lara State (Guest Athletes) to give their exhibition and demonstrate their performance and ability within the Street Workout, also to culminate with the exhibition among the guests gave way to Giampero Fusco, an athlete very recognized nationally in the country.

Para finalizar con la exhibición se realizó la entrega de certificados a todos los participes en la exhibición. Gracias a Dios todo fue maravillosamente increíble fue una experiencia inolvidable, además de emociónante, me siento completamente agradecido, ya que gracias a estos grandes eventos estoy recorriendo mi país y aprendiendo de ello, y de las experiencias.. Además, estoy logrando mis metas y sueños, cómo Atleta.. cómo Persona, y poco a poco.. al paso del tiempo, estaré representando este país tanto nacionalmente cómo internacionalmente. Y Talvez me falte mucho.. pero mi carrera, comienza aquí. 💜🤞🏼

At the end of the exhibition, certificates were handed out to all the participants. Thank God everything was wonderfully incredible, it was an unforgettable experience, besides being exciting, I feel completely grateful, because thanks to these great events I am traveling my country and learning from it, and from the experiences. Besides, I am achieving my goals and dreams, as an athlete... as a person, and little by little... as time goes by, I will be representing this country both nationally and internationally. And maybe I have a long way to go... but my career, it starts here. 💜🤞🏼
