During my road to a 300kg deadlift I'm going back to basics of the lift. I am working on perfecting my form for my body. It's gonna take time, but I believe it's gonna be the best path to choose in the long run. I'm gonna focus on this for about 1 month while increasing weight at small increments each time. I will then have another test lift day to see if anything changed and then make another plan of attack at that point. I'm really excited about all of this.
