Reto de Ejercicios💪🔥🔥 || Exercise Challenge💪🔥🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz mitad de semana, espero todo ande genial por aca, yo como siempre activa💪💪 Hoy les traigo un vídeo conbpoxa edición y con mucha realidad jeje en el que acepté el reto de mi esposo de realizar 5 ejercicios durante un minuto seguido, descansando sólo 30 segundos entre ejeecicios, en mi caso yo elegí los básicos pero cumplidores: Burpees, sentadillas, flexiones, zancada trasera y plancha.

Vamos a descansar lo menos que podamos durante el minuto de ejercicio, hacer esté Hit sin duda no hará sentir como trabaja cada musculo, yo realicé 2 rondas, para empezar la segunda ronda si descansé 2 minutos, y luego a darle💪💪 me encanta poder haber cumplinado este reto, vivir con un esposo como el mío es maravillosamente agotador 😂😂 vive retandome y como yo no me quedó con uns, aquí estoy jeje espero que disfruten el vídeo y por qué no, que se animen a hacerlo😎

Hello hello friends of @fulldeportes happy midweek, I hope everything is going great around here, me as always active💪💪 Today I bring you a video conbpoxa editing and with a lot of reality hehe in which I accepted the challenge of my husband to perform 5 exercises for a minute straight, resting only 30 seconds between ejeecicios, in my case I chose the basic but compliant: Burpees, squats, push-ups, back stride and plancha.

Let's rest as little as we can during the minute of exercise, doing this Hit will certainly not make you feel how each muscle works, I performed 2 rounds, to start the second round if I rested 2 minutes, and then to give💪💪 I love to have met this challenge, living with a husband like mine is wonderfully exhausting 😂😂 lives challenging me and as I did not stay with uns, here I am hehe I hope you enjoy the video and why not, that you are encouraged to do it😎
