¿Mucho Sobrepeso? ¿Principiante? Esta Rutina es para ti💪🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes un gusto estar de nuevo por acá!! y hoy led traigo alto digamos poco común en mi jeje generalmente traigo rutinas que requieren mucho esfuerzo desde el.primer ejercicio!! pero, tomando en cuenta que hay muchas personas que a penas se van adentrando al mundo del ejercicio, traigo esta rutina, sencilla, pero efectiva para personas super principiantes y para personas con mucho sobrepeso, que tienen que evitar ejercicio de alto impactó principalmente por sus rodillas

Por eso les dejo estos 4 ejercicios que nos permitiran trabajar todo el cuerpo, SIN EXCUSAS, solo necesitaremos un banco o una silla para apoyarnos💪 asi que no hay excusas para no ponernos en movimiento, espero se animen a hacerla🔥🔥
