Estos últimos días he estado mejorando los estáticos y las técnicas a la hora de ejecutar cada movimiento, cada día mejoro y aprendo más, y bueno eso me llena de mucho orgullo poder ver todo el nivel que he obtenido durante cada entrenamiento, he mejorado mucho las posturas de mis planchas igualmente de mis front lever y doy la gracias a mi compañero @ashura-sw por siempre corregirme.
These last days I have been improving the statics and techniques when executing each movement, every day I improve and learn more, and well that fills me with great pride to see all the level I have obtained during each workout, I have greatly improved the postures of my planchas also of my front lever and I thank my partner @ashura-sw for always correcting me.
Me sorprende todo lo que he avanzado porque cuando empecé en este deporte nunca me imagino poder llegar hacer estas cosas, empecé como cualquier otra persona, es decir por el físico cada día entrenado más duro y me fue gustando los entrenamientos cada día mejorando más y me fui olvidado del físico y me enfoque en el Street Workout.
I'm surprised at how far I've come because when I started in this sport I never imagined I could do these things, I started like anyone else, that is to say for the physical every day trained harder and I was liking the workouts every day improving more and I was forgetting the physical and I focus on the Street Workout.
