    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Full Deportes el día de hoy les vengo a traer un circuito de cuerpo completo de dificultad media.

    El circuito del día es para deportistas "intermedios".


    Comencé con 3 muscle ups, luego 6 pistol squats por cada pierna, luego 9 pike push ups, luego 12 chin ups.


    Inmediatamente después de las dominadas, es hora de 15 split squats pumps.


    Digo "bombas" porque el rango de movimiento no es del 100%, es solo para "bombear la pierna" un poco; último ejercicio del circuito: flexiones, 18 repeticiones.


    Cómo puedes ver, he aumentado el número de repeticiones después de cada ejercicio.
