    Greetings everyone over here💜 today I share with you these 5 powerful💪 exercises focused on lower body!!! Sincesaramente es mi dia favorito😍 I love to work legs and glutes, even if I'm dying trying haha but I like it💪.

    Son 5 ejercicios, en el video indico el numero de repeticiones, esto lo haremos sin descanso, un ejercicio tras otro! Una vez realizados los 5, tomamos un descanso de. 1 minuto, los basicos pueden hacer 2 rondas, intermedios y avanzados de 3 a 4 rondas💪💪

    No se si les pase igual, pero yo me siento fuerrrte cuando termino de entrenar con las piernas hinchadas jaja😍 y aunque estoy super ultra consciente de que me falta mucho por mejorar, desde kilos hasta celulitis, estoy FELIZ con mi proceso post parto y cada dia buscando mejorar aun mas💜

    I don't know if it's the same for you guys, but I feel strong when I finish training with swollen legs haha😍 and although I'm super ultra conscious that I still have a lot to improve, from kilos to cellulite, I'm HAPPY with my postpartum process and every day looking to improve even more💜
