Feliz Viernes amigos, por aca seguimos activa!! Estoy casa de mi madre desde el miercoles, ese dia y ayer fue de descanso, porque estuve en otras cosas, asi que me tome esos 2 dias como sabado y domingo que suelo descansar, asi que mañana y el domingo sale entrenar🔥 pero hoy me levanté y justo cuando iba a entrenar la niña estaba mega inquieta, no queria que nadie mas la cargara asi que estaba complicada la cosa

Happy Friday friends, we are still active here! I'm at my mom's house since Wednesday, that day and yesterday was a rest day, because I was doing other things, so I took those 2 days as Saturday and Sunday that I usually rest, so tomorrow and Sunday I'm going to train🔥 but today I woke up and just when I was going to train the girl was mega restless, she didn't want anyone else to hold her so it was complicated the thing.

Pero le puse freno a las excusas y busqué movimientos que me permitieran ademas de moverme un poco, calmar a la bebe jaja estaba super tranquila al punto de que luego la bañé y cambie el pañal porque no se en que momento se hizo😂😂 se relajó mas de la cuenta jaja! Pero bueno asi realicé 2 rondas con la bebe y la ultima si la hice sin peso. Pues ya la bebe no quiso ser mi mancuerna 😂

But I put a stop to the excuses and I looked for movements that would allow me to move a little, calm the baby haha she was super calm to the point that later I bathed her and changed the diaper because I don't know at what point it was done😂😂 she relaxed more than necessary haha! But well so I did 2 rounds with the baby and the last one I did without weight. Well the baby didn't want to be my dumbbell anymore 😂.

Solo quiero decir que no dejemos que el tiempo y los niños sean la excusa para no hacer nada, cuando 20 minutos incluso incluyendo a los niños, es mejor que no hacer nada☺️

I just want to say that let's not let time and kids be the excuse to do nothing, when 20 minutes even including the kids, is better than doing nothing☺️
