Hola, amigos de SWC, espero se encuentren muy bien, el dÃa de hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de mi entrenamiento de Handstand.
El Handstand es mi habilidad favorita y la que más practico y busco mejorar dÃa a dÃa, la verdad ya domino muchas de sus variantes, siendo la que me gusta más el Handstand one arm (aunque en el video no sale porque no la practique ese dÃa), pero en general cada dÃa busco dominar las el Handstand y mi meta es dominarlo al 100%, la verdad es un objetivo complicado, pero no imposible, con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación todo se logra, sin más que agregar les mando un gran saludo y muchas bendiciones para ustedes.
