Rutina de tren Superior 💪💪🔥 || Upper Body Routine 💪💪🔥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz fin de semana!! Una semana mas cumplida 💪💪 super agotada jaja pero aqui seguimos, hoy les quiero compartir esta rutina sencilla pero poderosa para tren superior, algo "suave" para finalizar la semana, obvio hoy estaba mas agotada que nunca, traigo el cansancio de toda la semana, sumado a que la rutina que les compartí ayer me dejó mega adolorida jeje hoy camino hasta raro😂😂 me duelen super los isquiotibiales asi que si no la hicieron, se las super recomiendo 💪

Esta rutina para tren superior la vamos a realizar con dos botellas de agua para darle por supuesto un poquito mas de intensidad, realizaremos 4 rondas como de costumbre 💪 por supuesto no olviden su calentamiento previo!! Espero que con esta si se animen💪💪

Hi @fulldeportes friends happy start of the weekend!!!! One more week completed 💪💪 super exhausted haha but here we go, today I want to share this simple but powerful routine for upper body, something "soft" to end the week, obviously today I was more exhausted than ever, I bring the fatigue of the whole week, plus the routine I shared yesterday left me mega sore hehe today I walk to weird😂😂 my hamstrings hurt super so if you did not do it, I super recommend 💪

This upper body routine is going to be done with two bottles of water to give it of course a little bit more intensity, we will do 4 rounds as usual 💪 of course don't forget your warm up beforehand!!! I hope that with this one you will be encouraged💪💪💪
