Hola amigos de @fulldeportes Feliz viernes chiquito😜 se acercan los dias donde se pone realmente a prueba la disciplina, para mi es doblemente difícil esté fin de semana, ya que iré a casa 🏠 de mis padres y allá muy difícil seguir la alimentación sana, mi mami cocina divino JAJAJAJ pero prometo hacer lo mejor que pueda 🤣🤣 pero bueno. antes de que llegue el viernes, hay que darle con todo!! así que les comparto esta rutina de Oblicuos que realicé hoy

Personalmente me encanta trabajar el abdomen, y no precisamente para tener cuadritos que obvio no se crean con ejercicios jeje, pero me gusta tener una zona media fuerte, es fundamental para realizar el 90% de los ejercicios así que no la descuiden.

de Esta rutina pueden hacer de 3 a 5 rondas, con sólo 1 minuto de descanso💪💪 así que vamos a darle con todo💪💪

Personally I love to work the abdomen, and not exactly to have squares that obviously are not created with exercises hehe, but I like to have a strong middle area, it is essential to perform 90% of the exercises so do not neglect it.

This routine can do 3 to 5 rounds, with only 1 minute of rest💪💪💪 so let's give it all💪💪💪
