Hoy les comparto esta rutina de 5 ejercicios para trabajar el abdomen, por supuesto sabiendo que la grasa no la perderemos de forma localizada solo por los abdominales. Pero si ayudan a fortalecer el area junto a una buena alimentacion.
Por mi parte decidí entrenar abdominales al menos 3 veces por semana, quizas 2 dias sumado a otra rutina, por ejemplo piernas o gluteos, y aunque esta no ha sido la mejor semana, pues tengo a los nenes enfermos y hasta al esposito, aqui vamos, regalandome 30 minutos al dia, porque sino me vuelvo loca😂😂 espero que se animen a hacerla💪💪

Today I share with you this routine of 5 exercises to work the abdomen, of course knowing that we will not lose fat in a localized way only by the abs. But they do help to strengthen the area along with a good diet.
For my part I decided to train abs at least 3 times a week, maybe 2 days added to another routine, for example legs or buttocks, and although this has not been the best week, because I have the kids sick and even the husband, here we go, giving me 30 minutes a day, because otherwise I go crazy😂😂 I hope you are encouraged to do it💪💪💪
