    Encuentra primero tu nivel en el ejercicio, es decir, la progresión en la que puedas hacer 10-30 reps. Semana a semana intenta mejorar hasta llegar a 15 reps, luego aumenta de progresión.
    Find your level in the exercise first, i.e. the progression where you can do 10-30 reps. Week by week try to improve until you reach 15 reps, then increase your progression.
