    LLEGO EL FIN DE SEMANA🥳

    WEEKEND HAS ARRIVED🥳

    Feliz Viernes amigos, hoy es el dia donde los gimnasios suelen estar mas vacios jeje, las personas agarran vacaciones de jueves a lunes🤣🙈 en mi caso veces descanso sabado y domingo y otros dias solo los domingos, asi que hoy viernes seguimos activos💪

    Happy Friday friends, today is the day where the gyms are usually emptier hehe, people take vacation from Thursday to Monday🤣🙈 in my case sometimes I rest Saturday and Sunday and other days only on Sundays, so today Friday we are still active💪.



    Les comparto mi rutina de hoy, logre realizar las 5 rondas aunque en la cuarta me queria rendir😂🤣 pero siempre podemos dar un poco mas asi que esto fue lo que hice hoy, tomé aire, respire par de minutos y cumpli la meta, esta rutina la pueden hacer desde el mas basico hasta el nivel avanzado, la intensidad sera en las rondas, es importante calentar antes y estirar despues💪💪

    I share with you my routine today, I managed to do the 5 rounds although in the fourth one I wanted to give up😂🤣 but we can always give a little more so this is what I did today, I took a breath, breathed a couple of minutes and met the goal, this routine can be done from the most basic to advanced level, the intensity will be in the rounds, it is important to warm up before and stretch afterwards💪💪



    Y por supuesto mantener la conexion mente-musculo para tener un mayor enfoque y resultados favorables!!
    Y por supuesto la importancia de una correcta respiracion, cuando el ejercicio implique mayor esfuerzo es cuando se debe inhalar por la nariz, y en el menor esfuerzo, exhalar por la boca, en todas las rutinas esto es clave, pero en esta de abdomen, aun mas, asi que no lo olviden💪💪

    And of course keep the mind-muscle connection to have a better focus and favorable results!!!!
    And of course the importance of proper breathing, when the exercise involves more effort is when you should inhale through the nose, and in the least effort, exhale through the mouth, in all routines this is key, but in this abdominal, even more, so do not forget💪💪

    Una toalla (para el sudor) su agua y la mejor actitud bastaran para esta rutina, asi que vamos con todo por esa mejor version!!

    A towel (for sweat) your water and the best attitude will do for this routine, so let's go all out for that best version!!!!
