Hola hola amigos de @threeshorts Hemos llegamos al dia 5, y con retos y demas, aquí seguimos, sumando movimientos a nuestro día a día!!
en esta ocasion, estuve a punto de tirar la toalla, ya que tuve una pésima noche, me dormí casi a las 6am y ya a las 10 estaba de pie, es decir, ando reventada, y las ganas de entrenar eran más escasas que nuncaa jaja pero no me dejé ganar, y acá les compartó una rutina fácil y sencilla para trabajan abdomen!! vamos a realizar 4 rondas descansando 1 minuto entre cada una 💪💪
y de está forma finalizó mi reto jeje cuando pensé que no podia, se logró🥳🥳

this time, I was about to throw in the towel, because I had a lousy night, I fell asleep almost at 6am and at 10 I was already standing up, I mean, I'm exhausted, and the desire to train was scarcer than ever haha but I did not let myself win, and here I share an easy and simple routine to work abdomen!!! we will perform 4 rounds resting 1 minute between each 💪💪💪
and this is the end of my challenge hehe when i thought i couldn't, i did it🥳🥳
