    Hola hola amigos de la comunidad de @threeshorts es un gusto estar por aca! de hecho creo que es la primera vez jeje!! y estoy acá con la finalidad de unirme a la iniciativa del hiver @noakmilo de postear por 5 días nuestra actividad física!!

    Yo suelo publicarla siempre a través de la comunidad de deporte pero esta semana para apoyar la iniciativa, aquí me tienen 😜

    Yo suelo entrenar 100% en casa, desde hace unos 5 años más o menos, en ese trayecto han pasando MUCHAS cosas, entre esas mi segunda bebé 👶 jeje que por cierto compartí varias rutinas con mi panzota! pero bueno, a lo que quiero llegar es que mis rutinas en su mayoría son siempre con mi propio peso!! así como ll que realicé hoy!! que fueron 100 burpees en bloques de 10 cada uno, por supuesto no grabé los 100 porque no son en 1 minuto jeje!! mi tiempo más bajo fue de 10 minutos 20 segundos!! y hace rato que ya no lo hago asi, he perdido algo de resistencia, pero acá seguimos, firme, logrando mejorar ese tiempo!! para mi esta rutina de 100 burpees es LO MAXIMO cuando de poco tiempo para entrenar se trata!! así que si aún no has entrenado, incluso estás tiempo 💪💪

    Hello hello friends of the @threeshorts community it's a pleasure to be around! in fact I think it's the first time hehe!!! and I'm here with the purpose of joining the initiative of hiver @noakmilo to post for 5 days our physical activity!!!

    I usually post it always through the sport community but this week to support the initiative, here I am 😜.

    I use to train 100% at home, since about 5 years ago more or less, in that journey a LOT of things have happened, among those my second baby 👶 hehe that by the way I shared several routines with my panzota!!! but well, what I want to get to is that my routines mostly are always with my own weight!!! as well as ll that I performed today!!!! which were 100 burpees in blocks of 10 each, of course i didn't record the 100 because they are not in 1 minute hehe!!! my lowest time was 10 minutes 20 seconds!!! and it's been a while since i do it like that, i've lost some resistance, but here we go, steady, managing to improve that time!!! for me this routine of 100 burpees is THE MAXIMUM when it comes to little time to train!!! so if you haven't trained yet, even you're time 💪💪
