Rutina de cuerpo completo💪🔥|| Full Body Routine💪🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de Full Deportes espero hayan tenido lindo inicio de semana!! por acá con muchas ganas desde temprano💪💪 ajustando las tmrutinas diarias para ver si logro entrenar mucho más temprano porque últimamente siento que la mañana no me rinde, pero bueno, pequeños ajustes!!

Hoy arranqué moviendo el cuerpo entero, así que les dejo esta rutina poderosa full body que les encantará, vamos a realizar 5 rondas, no importa el nivel que tengas, hacemos 5 rondas descansando 1 minuto entre cada una!! si apenas estás iniciando hazlo lento, tomate un poco más para descansar .y luego continua. y por supuesto el último movimiento ignorado jeje la verdad lo agregué vídeo porque estoy muy feliz de aún poder lograrlo😍💃 pero no es parte de la rutina 😜 y sin más que decir, espero se animen a hacerla😎
