    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves para todos, ya casi fin de semana, para el que dijo que Enero duraba 80 dias, creo que este año se equivocó jaja va volando!! Por aca todo mejorando cada dia gracias a Dios!

    Hoy les traigo una rutina enfocada mas que todo para mujeres, aunque por supuesto los hombres tambien pueden hacerla, pero creo que las mas afectadas con esto somos nosotras las mujeres, y estoy hablando de los molestos rollitos de la espalda, que yo personalmente ODIO que se me marquen jaja y que siempre han sido la mejor manera de medir mi aumento de peso jeje, pero es algo que si se trabaja constantemente y por supuesto se combina con la alimentacion adecuada, se puede disminuir, y tratandose de los ejercicios por supuesto que al trabajar espalda con peso en el gimnasio tendremos resultados extraordinarios, pero si eres de mi team y entrenas desde casa, estos ejercicios sin duda te ayudaran💪💪

    Vamos a realizar 4 repeticiones descansando 1 minuto entre cada ronda🔥🔥 ppr supuesto aunque la rutina no sea algo intenso como tal, debemos calentar antes de hacerla, evitemos alguna lesion 💪 espero que les guste y se animen a hacerla

    Today I bring you a routine focused mostly for women, although of course men can also do it, but I think the most affected with this are us women, and I'm talking about the annoying rolls of the back, that I personally HATE that they mark me haha and have always been the best way to measure my weight gain hehe, but it is something that if you work constantly and of course combined with proper nutrition, can be reduced, and when it comes to the exercises of course to work back with weight in the gym we will have extraordinary results, but if you are my team and train from home, these exercises will certainly help you💪💪💪

    We will perform 4 repetitions resting 1 minute between each round🔥🔥 ppr course although the routine is not something intense as such, we must warm up before doing it, avoid any injury 💪 hope you like it and are encouraged to do it.
