Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz mitad de semana!! Espero hayan tenido un excelente dia!! Hoy vengo con una noticia que la verdad me tiene de muy bajos animos :( sumado a que ando en los dias indeseados del mes!! Me he visto obligada a poner en pusa mi reto de Burpees, y bueno el ejercicio en general, cosa que para los que me leen a menudo, saben que amo hacer, es como una mini terapia, pero desafortunadamente debo frenar por no prestarle atención a mis muelas como deberia, debo sacarme dos y lo habia venido posponiendo, hasta que el cuerpo reaccionó, y ando con el cachete inflamado, me duele 🥴

El dia martes comenzó todo, y fuí tan osada que me atreví a grabar los burpees, en la noche Como comprenderan no aguantaba el dolor, pero bueno, actualmente ya estoy en tratamiento, para luego buscar sacarme las muelas, y luego de cumplir dichos reposos, regresaré a mis habitos completamente, por supuesto tambien al reto, pues ni modo me tocará ponerme al dia con los que me pierda

Mientras tanto, mucho exito a todos los que siguen activos 💪💪💪 nos vemos muy pronto nuevamente por acá!!

PD: NO SE IMAGINAN, mi pena al grabar el video, creo que es la primera vez que salgo hablando,. Y tanto jeje!!

Today I come with some news that really has me in very low spirits :( added to the fact that I'm in the unwanted days of the month! I have been forced to put on pause my Burpees challenge, and well exercise in general, which for those who read me often, know that I love to do, it's like a mini therapy, but unfortunately I have to stop for not paying attention to my molars as I should, I must remove two and I had been postponing it, until the body reacted, and I walk with my cheek inflamed, it hurts 🥴.

On Tuesday it all started, and I was so daring that I dared to record the burpees, at night. As you can understand I couldn't stand the pain, but well, I'm currently in treatment, and then I will try to take out my molars, and after completing these rests, I will return to my habits completely, of course also to the challenge, because no way I will have to catch up with those that I miss.
