Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes un sencillo set de post entrenamiento que realicé luego de haber culminado mi rutina de entrenamiento con pesas.
Tenía un buen tiempo sin publicar en la comunidad, pues estaba concentrado en mejorar mi condición física y quería dedicar importante tiempo de entrenamiento en el gimnasio para así incrementar la cantidad de calorías con los entrenamientos con lastres. He obtenido muy buenos resultados estos dos últimos meses así que iré retomando muy pronto mis rutinas de entrenamientos basados en la calistenia.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, this time I'm sharing with you all a simple post workout set that I did after finishing my weight training routine.
I had a long time without posting in the community, because I was focused on improving my physical condition and I wanted to dedicate important training time in the gym in order to increase the amount of calories with weight training. I have been getting very good results these last two months so I will be resuming my calisthenics based training routines very soon.
