Hola hola amigos de la comunidad de @threeshorts Feliz miercoles, por acá seguimos activa en nuestro reto de 5 dias, hoy en el segundo día les traigo uns rutina de 10, si, 10 repeticiones por cada ejercicio!! yo realice 4 rondas pero sientanse libres de hacer 5, 6, 7 o hasta 10 si su aliento se lo permite jeje

La rutina esta enfocada en el tren inferior (mi zona favorita para ejercitar) pero pues hay ejercicios como la sentadilla que inevitablemente recluta MUCHISIMOS músculos, así que es de esos ejercicios que si o si deben estar siempre en sus rutinas!!

espero que le guste dicha rutina y los que aún no cumplen con su reto se animen y lo hagan💪💪🔥🔥

Hello hello friends of the @threeshorts community Happy Wednesday, here we are still active in our 5 day challenge, today on the second day I bring you a routine of 10, yes, 10 reps for each exercise!!! I did 4 rounds but feel free to do 5, 6, 7 or even 10 if your breath allows it jeje

The routine is focused on the lower body (my favorite area to exercise) but there are exercises like the squat that inevitably recruits a LOT of muscles, so it's one of those exercises that should always be in your routine!
