Comenzaremos esta ruina con un calentamiento previo, luego de calentar vamos a comenzar con un jalón dorsal uni lateral vamos hacer 12 repeticiones x 5 series, chin ups 15 repeticiones x 5 series, jalón dorsal en polea 15 repeticiones x 5 series, curl de bíceps con mancuernas 12 repeticiones x 4 series, curl de bíceps en polea 10 repeticiones x 4 series, con ese último ejercicio matamos esta rutina
