Feliz lunes a todos por aca les comparto hoy esta rutina full body ideal para arrancar nuestra semana, en mi caso la realicé ayer domingo, decidimos pasear un rato pero tambien aprovechamos de ejercitarnos un poco, cuando hacemos ejercicio los domingos arrancamos el lunes con mas fuerza💪

Son 5 ejercicios, y el total de rondas dependerá del nivel en el que estes, haremos los ejercicios seguidos, el descanso es al final de la ronda, yo tomé 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ronda, y por supuesto no olviden calentar antes de iniciar y mantenerse bien hidratados💪
There are 5 exercises, and the total number of rounds will depend on the level you are in, we will do the exercises in a row, the rest is at the end of the round, I took 1 minute rest between each round, and of course don't forget to warm up before starting and stay well hydrated💪.
