Vlog: Un mediodia conmigo - Reflexion de mediodia

Recordar a traves de la comida, eso es lo que vengo a compartir contigo. llevo aproximadamente 5 años casada y viviendo con mi esposo en nuestro hogar del momento pero siguen habiendo dias donde extraño la comida de mi mamá y la cotidianidad que compartia con mi familia. Es por eso que hay dias donde busco hacer este plato de comida que es como un regreso a casa.

Asi que hoy quise compartir contigo mis nuevos mediodias para que reflexionaramos juntos con lo que a veces significa comer algo que nos recuerda a casa, a nuestra familia y nos trae recuerdos bonitos que solo nos pueden hacer sonreir.

finalmente, solo espero que hayas disfrutado de este video y que si haces algo en especifico que te recuerda algo muy bonito que vivias con esa persona/familiar que te hace muy feliz solo de pensarlo, me encantaría saberlo.

Remembering through food, that is what I come to share with you. I have been married for approximately 5 years and living with my husband in our current home, but there are still days where I miss my mother's food and the daily life that she shared with my family. That is why there are days where I look to make this plate of food that is like a return home.

So today I wanted to share with you my new noons so that we could reflect together on what it sometimes means to eat something that reminds us of home, of our family and brings us beautiful memories that can only make us smile.
