    There are days when I have no Idea what to cook for lunch and in those days, I always bet for those comfort dishes, that no matter what they always taste good even when some time they are not the prettier dishes.

    The meat balls dish is that for me, since I was young I have always thought this dish is kind of a hug to the soul, it reminds me to my mom (she prepares it differently, with more expertise jajaja an according to my taste buds, this dish she cook taste more deliciouse when she cook it). however, today I wanted to share a kind of a cook vlog. so here you have my version of this dish and how I cooked my husband and I lunch, yesterday.

    Finally, I would love to share this curious fact about how was I learnt about out and meat balls and oat: Once, I was cooking for doing meat balls and I put all the ingredients to the meat, but I haven't notice before, that there weren't eggs (if you know to cook then you know it is necessary eggs and bread crumbs to form the balls) and I had already put the spices to the mixture so I had to cook the meat. In that moment, I remembered sometime I found in the internet if you add oat to the meat you need no eggs or bread crumbs. so since that moment on I cannot prepare meat balls without oat.

    I hope you enjoy this vlog and I would really enjoy to know if you consider this dish as a comfort food or do you thing it is too easy to be consider even a proper dish? Also, I would like to know what do you think about adding oat to meat balls, have you try it before?

    Hay días que no tengo idea de qué cocinar para el almuerzo y en esos días siempre apuesto por esos platos reconfortantes, que pase lo que pase siempre saben bien aunque a veces no sean los platos más bonitos.

    El plato de albóndigas es eso para mí, desde pequeña siempre he pensado que este plato es como un abrazo al alma, me recuerda a mi mamá (ella lo prepara diferente, con más pericia jajaja y según mi paladar). , este plato que ella cocina sabe más delicioso cuando lo cocina). sin embargo, hoy quería compartirles una especie de vlog de cocina. Así que aquí tenéis mi versión de este plato y de cómo cociné el almuerzo de mi marido y yo ayer.

    Por último, me encantaría compartirles este dato curioso de cómo aprendí sobre las albóndigas y la avena: Una vez estaba cocinando para hacer albóndigas y le puse todos los ingredientes a la carne, pero no me había dado cuenta antes, que no había huevos (si sabes cocinar entonces sabes que es necesario huevos y pan rallado para formar las bolitas) y ya le había puesto las especias a la mezcla así que tenia que cocinar la carne. En ese momento, recordé que encontré en Internet que si a la carne le añades avena no necesitas huevos ni pan rallado. así que desde ese momento no puedo preparar albóndigas sin avena.

    Espero que disfrutes este vlog y realmente me encantaría saber si consideras este plato como una comida reconfortante o crees que es demasiado fácil considerarlo incluso como un plato adecuado. Además me gustaría saber qué os parece añadir avena a las albóndigas, ¿lo habéis probado antes?
