Les comparto esta rutina poderosa para reafirmar gluteos, por supuesto sabiendo que el ejercicio NO es lo que lograra esos resultados que buscamos, o bueno al menos no solo el ejercicio, eso es el 20% jeje se los repito siempre pero es que hay que dejar claro que ese es solo el 20% lo mas importante es el 80% que nos llevamos a la boca, y lo mas dificil de controlar por cierto jeje, pero si ayuda mucho ese ejercicio, asi que vamos a aprovecharlo y hacerlo con toda la actitud, sin excusas

Esta es una rutina 100% para gluteos, vamos a realizar 4 series, con un descanso solo de 30 segundos entre cada ejercicio💪 pongan su musica favorita y no se coman las excusas, hoy es viernes, mucha gente ya el jueves desiste del ejercicio, pero el cuerpo NO SABE que dia es jeje asi que dejen las excusas y activense💪
