Espero ya esten super adelantados con los preparativos para estos dias que se acercan jeje, por acá ya contando las horas para probar la primera hallaca de mi mami😍🤤🤤 Diossss jaja pero como se vienen dias de excesos, no podemos descuidar tanto el ejercicio asi que aca seguimos!!
Hoy les quiero compartir 4 ejercicios para poner nuestro tren inferior a trabajar como es, no crean que es super sencillo por ser solo 4 al contrario, no los subestimen jeje asi que solo animense a hacerla y me cuentan que tal💪💪
Vamos a realizar 4 rondas descansando 1 minuto entre cada una💪💪
