Feliz domingo amigos💜 hoy led quiero compartir esta rutina que realicé y me dejo realmente tendida en el piso😂 son solo 3 ejercicios, super basicos por asi decirlos, uno de ellos es casi que fijo en mis rutina, el burpees, porque tenemos una relacion odio y amor, es un ejercicio mega completo, asi que va bien en casi todas las rutinas.

Para esta rutina haremos solo 3 movimientos logrando 300 movimientos, que realizaremos de 10 en 10, son 30 ejercicios por ronda, y haremos un total de 10 rondas si quieres exigirte durisimo, pero si estas comenzando puedes hacer la mitad, igual quedaras tendid@ en el suelo del cansancio jaja pero ese cansancio rico, saben?? De saber que lo diste todo y mas, yo amo terminar asi
For this routine we will do only 3 movements achieving 300 movements, that we will do 10 by 10, there are 30 exercises per round, and we will do a total of 10 rounds if you want to push yourself very hard, but if you are starting you can do half of them, you will still be lying on the floor from exhaustion haha but that tiredness is nice, you know? Knowing that you gave it all and more, I love to finish like that.
Como les decia, 3 ejercicios, 10 repeticiones de cada uno, y descansamos de 1 a 2 minutos por ronda, en las flexiones les comparto dos variaciones, en mi caso inicie con la primera opcion y en la ronda 6 cambie a la basica, mi meta es ir fortaleciendo los brazos, hasta lograr hacerlo en nivel avanzado 🔥
As I was saying, 3 exercises, 10 reps of each, and rest 1 to 2 minutes per round, in the pushups I share two variations, in my case I started with the first option and in round 6 I changed to the basic one, my goal is to strengthen my arms, until I can do it in advanced level 🔥.
Mantenganse bien hidratados durante la rutina y no olviden estirar al finalizar, haciendo 10 segundos de cada elongacion. Espero que se animen a hacer la rutina y la disfruten tanto como yo💪💪
Keep well hydrated during the routine and don't forget to stretch at the end, doing 10 seconds of each stretch. I hope you are encouraged to do the routine and enjoy it as much as I did💪💪
