Rutina de Cardio sin Impacto💪 || Non-Impact Cardio Routine💪 [Edp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz domingo, espero todo ande genial!! Por este lado todo chevere, pasamos un fin de semana con paseo incluido del cual no me quejo para nada jeje del resto encerrada en casa!! Pero todo bien!!
Hoy domingo decidí arrancar mi semana de una vez!! Si, para malana no edtar tan oxidada jaja asi que decidí hacer un poco de cardio, pero para hacerlo aun mas "suave" la rutina que les traigo hoy es sin salto, de muy bajo impacto!!

Son varios movimientos que vamos a realizar de forma continua, al terminar la ronda descansamos un poco y repetimos hasta completar las 5 💪💪

No importa que sea domingo, hay que comenzar a moverse desde hoy se vienen dias dificiles 😂😂 asi que espero que se animen y la hagan😁😁
