    Espero todos esten muy bien por aca, he estado un poco ausente por cuestiones de conexiones😣 las lluvias han estado mega fuertes y afecta mucho, pero bueno imposible conectarme por acá!! Sin embargo no he dejado de entrenar💪 sobretodo en estos dias de frio el entrenar me ayuda muchisimo a no estar con tanta flojera😂😂 porque lo que provoca es quedarse empiernada😂😂 pero bueno hay que darle!!

    I hope everyone is very well around here, I've been a little absent due to connection issues😣 the rains have been mega strong and affects a lot, but well impossible to connect over here!!!! However I have not stopped training💪 especially in these cold days training helps me a lot to not be so lazy😂😂😂 because what it causes is to stay empiernada😂😂😂 but well you have to give!!!



    Hoy les dejo esta rutina enfocada en nuestro abdomen, en mi caso ya lo ejercito un poco mas, ya que tengo 5meses de mi cesarea, muchas mujeres esperan hasta los 6-9 meses pero pues cada caso es diferente asi que lo mejor es que consultes con tu medico en caso de que vengas de un parto o cesarea!! Cada cuerpo es diferente, lo importante es saber escucharlo!!

    Today I leave you this routine focused on our abdomen, in my case I already exercise it a little more, since I have 5 months of my cesarean, many women wait until 6-9 months but each case is different so it is best that you consult with your doctor in case you come from a childbirth or cesarean!!! Every body is different, the important thing is to know how to listen to it!



    Yo entreno ejercicios 100% abdomen 2 veces por semana, recien inicie esta semana y asi lo seguiré haciendo!! Al final en TODOS los ejercicios involucramos el abdomen! Pero pues esta rutina va 100% enfocada ahi, espero que la disfruten!!

    I train 100% abdominal exercises twice a week, I just started this week and I will continue to do so!!! At the end in ALL exercises we involve the abdomen! But this routine is 100% focused there, I hope you enjoy it!!!



    Como siempre recordandoles que calienten un poco antes de iniciar, y que vayan a su ritmo😋 basicos pueden hacer 3 rondas, intermedios y avanzados de 4 a 5!!

    As always reminding you to warm up a little before you start, and go at your own pace😋 basics can do 3 rounds, intermediate and advanced 4 to 5!!!!
