    Hoy quiero mostrarles esta rutina para tren superior con un poco de cardio💪💪 y adicional un poco de activacion en la parte superior!! esta es la parte del cuerpo que mas me cuesta trabajar, donde digamos mas debil soy, asi que me toca fortalecerme aun mas!! Decidi entrenar tren superior 3 veces a la semana, asi que les estaré compartiendo las rutinas por aca a ver si se animan.

    Today I want to show you this upper body routine with some cardio💪💪💪 and additional a little bit of upper body activation!!! this is the part of the body that I have the hardest time working, where let's say I'm the weakest, so it's my turn to get even stronger!!! I decided to train upper body 3 times a week, so I will be sharing the routines here to see if you are up for it.

    Hoy con 4 meses despues de mi cesarea me siento excelente los cambios fisicos son notables y por supuesto que no hay nada que motive mas ver que lo que haces esta dando frutos😍🥰 espero se animen a hacer esta rutina, pero sobretodo que entiendan que NO es solo los ejercicios los que te llevan a la meta, el 80% esta en lo que comemos, asi que mantengan el enfoque ahi y con el plus del ejercicio veran cambios significativos.

    Today with 4 months after my cesarean I feel excellent, the physical changes are noticeable and of course there is nothing more motivating to see that what you do is paying off😍🥰 I hope you are encouraged to do this routine, but above all that you understand that it is NOT only the exercises that take you to the goal, 80% is in what we eat, so keep the focus there and with the plus of exercise you will see significant changes.

    Si estas comenzando puedes haces 2 rondas de la rutina, y si ya estas algo avanzado de 3 a 4 rondas te dejaran tendido en el suelo con los brazos como di pesaran 100kg😂🤣

    If you are starting out you can do 2 rounds of the routine, and if you are already somewhat advanced 3 to 4 rounds will leave you lying on the floor with your arms like they weigh 100kg😂🤣.
