    Hola hola por acá❤️❤️ hoy les quiero compartir esta rutina que los ayudará a trabajar aductores. Para combatir esos tan odiosos gorditos de las entrepiernas, que acaban pantalones por cierto😂😂 y lo digo porque lo he vivido en carne propia, porque si, soy piernona. Pero adicional a eso el sobrepeso hace que esten mas gorditas las piernas, asi que esta es una de las formas para medir mi progreso

    En el momento que al caminar el rose es menor, voy avanzando y lo he ido notando las ultimas semanas😍 algo tan sencillo como cruzar las piernas se vuelve todo un reto cuando se tiene sobrepeso, y cuando se logra cruzarlas con normalidad es una divinura😍😍 me pasó esta semana. Asi que vamos bien jajaja

    Y por supuesto vamos a dejar claro que aunque te mates haciendo aductores, no va a pasar nada si tu dieta no es la adecuada, debes mantenerte en deficit calorico si tu meta es bajar de peso! De lo contrario no veras ningun cambio, recuerden que el 80% del resultado viene de lo que ponemos en el plato.
