Feliz Viernesss amigos de @fulldeportes. omo siempre un placer estar por acá!! esta vez, con una nueva rutina de tren inferior, como siempre dandale opciones a quienes como YO, no asisten a un gym!!

Happy Friday friends of @fulldeportes. as always a pleasure to be here!!! this time, with a new lower body routine, as always giving options to those who like me, don't go to a gym!!!

En esta ocaciones usé la "pesa" que tengo en casa, si no tienen una. pueden usar o una botella llena de piedras o agua, o pues también algún bolso 👝 con libros! pero no se dejen ganar con las excusas!!

this time I used the "dumbbell" that I have at home, if you don't have one, you can use a bottle filled with stones or water, or even a bag 👝 with books! but don't let yourselves be beaten with excuses!

En el tercer ejercicio vamos a sentir como trabajamos full las pantorrillas, cada repetición será cuando ya hayan abierto y cerrado! en cuanto a las rondas, al final del vídeo les doy una cantidad, sin embargo cada quien puede hacer lo que su nivel le permita, indiferentemente si es más o menos de lo wue yo aconsejo!!

In the third exercise we will feel how we work full calves, each repetition will be when they have already opened and closed! as for the rounds, at the end of the video I give you an amount, but everyone can do what your level allows, regardless if it is more or less than what I advise!
