Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero esten muy bien!! esta semana ha sido retadpr el tema del internet, por ende subir vídeos se me ha dificultado bastante, pero estoy muy feliz de que he cumplido hasta hoy con el entrenamiento diario, y a veces hasta 2 tandas jeje eso sumado al sauna que es mi cocina en.las ultima semanas, me ha quitado algunos centimetros jaja 😆 yo me siento muy bien gracias a Dios!!
Pero bueno, aca seguimos activa, porque el 2023 no se acaba sin una mejor version de esta señorita, ¿Como que no? claro que siiii💪💪
Por aca les dejo esta rutina de 5 ejercicios que esta mega poderosa para poner a arder esas piernas y gluteos, asi que sin más que decir, espero que les guste y se animen a hacerla🔥🔥

Hello hello friends of @fulldeportes I hope you are very well!!! this week has been retadpr the internet issue, therefore uploading videos has been quite difficult for me, but I am very happy that I have fulfilled until today with the daily training, and sometimes even 2 batches hehe that added to the sauna that is my kitchen in the last weeks, has removed me some centimeters haha 😆 I feel very well thank God!!!
But well, here we are still active, because 2023 is not over without a better version of this lady, how can it not be? of course it is!
Here I leave you this routine of 5 exercises that is mega powerful to put those legs and glutes to burn, so without more to say, I hope you like it and encourage you to do it🔥🔥🔥
