¡Saludos amigos y amigas de Hive! Hace algunos días, se celebró un increíble evento organizado por la comunidad SWC, competencia en la cual asistieron atletas de distintas regiones del país, tanto de la comunidad como atletas que aún no forman parte del ecosistema, siendo un evento libre y gratuito para todos. Versus por Modalidad, es la denominación que tiene la competición para esta edición, realizada en el Parque Ejército Las Ballenas, Maracay – Estado Aragua. Tuve la oportunidad de asistir al evento y formar parte del equipo organizativo para desarrollar la actividad y logré hacer algunas tomas. Este contenido audiovisual puede ser de motivación para aquellos nuevos practicantes de la Calistenia y el Street Workout que quieran adentrarse en este deporte. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y este contenido es para todos.

Greetings friends and friends of Hive! A few days ago, an incredible event organized by the SWC community was held, a competition attended by athletes from different regions of the country, both from the community and athletes who are not yet part of the ecosystem, being a free event for everyone. Versus by Modality, is the name of the competition for this edition, held at the Parque Ejército Las Ballenas, Maracay - Aragua State. I had the opportunity to attend the event and be part of the organizational team to develop the activity and I managed to make some shots. This audiovisual content can be of motivation for those new practitioners of Calisthenics and Street Workout who want to get into this sport. My name is Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina and this content is for everyone.

Tenía alrededor de 5 años que no visitaba el parque Las Ballenas, y al pisar el lugar muchos recuerdos llegaron a mí, pues allí viví mi primera experiencia en una Campeonato de Calistenia, durante la era de Pro-Barras a los 18 años, en donde conocí a grandes atletas que hasta el día de hoy se mantienen activos, las barras siguen con su misma esencia, y el ambiente ahora es mucho más agradable que en aquel entonces, el sentido de fraternidad actualmente es mucho mayor y el compañerismo abunda en la nueva generación de atletas que brota en el territorio venezolano.

I had not visited Las Ballenas park for about 5 years, and when I stepped on the place many memories came to me, because there I lived my first experience in a Calisthenics Championship, during the era of Pro-Barras at the age of 18, where I met great athletes who are still active today, the bars still have the same essence, and the atmosphere now is much more pleasant than back then, the sense of brotherhood is now much greater and fellowship abounds in the new generation of athletes that sprouts in the Venezuelan territory.

Debido a mi rol durante el Versus por Modalidad, no pude captar el desarrollo del evento en su totalidad, puesto a que desempeñé la función de llevar los tiempos y el cronómetro de las rondas de los atletas, en las cuales requerí el uso de mi dispositivo para ello. Sin embargo, pude recopilar algunos momentos asombrosos, en donde los protagonistas fueron @manuelcancine, @alvisorozco, @jisus-swyc, @hectorvr, @jesus-sw y @joel-sw. También realicé una pequeña toma al estiramiento previo de los atletas antes de competir y la atención médica por parte del fisioterapeuta.

Due to my role during the Versus by Modality, I could not capture the development of the event in its entirety, since I played the role of keeping the times and the timer of the rounds of the athletes, in which I required the use of my device for it. However, I was able to collect some amazing moments, where the protagonists were @manuelcancine, @alvisorozco, @jisus-swyc, @hectorvr, @jesus-sw and @joel-sw. I also made a small shot to the previous stretching of athletes before competing and medical care by the physiotherapist.

Esta actividad fue posible gracias a #HIVE y al equipo de trabajo de Street Workout Community, entre los que puedo mencionar a @manuelramos, @marlenyaragua, @victorg30, @joscar-sw, entre otros usuarios y atletas que desempeñaron una participación significativa durante toda la competencia. Estoy orgulloso del trabajo que estamos realizando y de asistir a cada evento mientras sea posible, para difundir y expandir el pensamiento, los principios y valores de una vida saludable y exitosa a través del deporte. Estamos ansiosos por dar el siguiente paso en el cronograma de actividades, nos espera otro evento a final de mes que estará buenísimo, espero poder asistir y disfrutar de cada segundo. Sin más que expresar, doy gracias a todas esas grandes influencias que se encuentran apoyando al proyecto SWC para el desarrollo de nuestra pasión, ¡nos vemos el 30 de septiembre con nuevas expectativas!

This activity was possible thanks to #HIVE and the Street Workout Community team, among which I can mention @manuelramos, @marlenyaragua, @victorg30, @joscar-sw, among other users and athletes who played a significant role throughout the competition. I am proud of the work we are doing and to attend every event as long as possible, to spread and expand the thinking, principles and values of healthy and successful living through sports. We are looking forward to the next step in the schedule of activities, we have another event coming up at the end of the month that will be great, I hope to attend and enjoy every second of it.
