¡Hola comunidad de Hive! Nuevamente es un gusto para mi poder compartir con ustedes un reto calistenico, propuesto por @milagroscdlrr reto al que he decidido unirme el día de hoy a través de este video y estoy dispuesto a dar lo mejor para cumplirlo de exitosamente.

Hello Hive community! Once again it is a pleasure for me to share with you a calisthenic challenge, proposed by @milagroscdlrr challenge that I have decided to join today through this video and I am willing to give my best to fulfill it successfully.

El reto según @milagroscdlrr consiste en permanecer en la posición de plancha abdominal por el tiempo prolongado que tenga una canción completa, cuyo tiempo debe ser entre 2 a 3 minutos.
Me tomé el atrevimiento de elegir la canción más larga de mi galería "NCS" para hacer este reto, espero que les guste.

The challenge according to @milagroscdlrr is to stay in the abdominal plank position for the longest time that has a complete song, which time should be between 2 to 3 minutes.
I took the audacity to choose the longest song from my gallery "NCS" to do this challenge, I hope you like it.
