    STRENGTH TRAINING SET


    Rutina muy completa con diversidad de ejercicios para mejorar nuestra fuerza y resistencia y fortalecer todo el tren superior con este circuito.
    Very complete routine with a variety of exercises to improve our strength and endurance and strengthen the entire upper body with this circuit.


    En esta oportunidad comparto una serie de ejercicios, donde trabajamos seguido sin descansar, que son muy efectivos en el desarrollo y la definición de nuestros músculos, buenísimos para potenciar nuestro cuerpo.

    Esta rutina de ejercicios, que presentó aparte de trabajar la fuerza, son muy buenos para la resistencia, haciendo este set de entrenamiento por lo menos dos veces por semana, donde trabajamos tren superior notaremos bastante una excelente condición física.
