    Rutina de entrenamiento para fortalecer el tren superior, esta serie de ejercicios está orientada en fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el tren superior.

    Haciendo esta rutina dos o tres veces a la semana mejoraremos notablemente nuestra condición física y masa muscular, esta rutina que presentó en el video sirve para ganar fuerza, potencia, mejorar tu capacidad física y pulmonar si lo acompañas de una buena alimentación y buen descanso obtendremos excelente resultados.
