Greetings dear friends of the Street Workout Community, I am
@jesusaguilarvz and here I leave my post dedicated to my favorite muscle, which is the shoulders, it is the muscle that I usually train the most because I like it, I even trained it in isolation, and now I am including weights to train it in the best possible way and cover more space to strengthen them, and as we already know, after some strong training sessions, sometimes those muscles hurt due to lack of activity, and tomorrow Saturday we have an event with the Street Workout Community where I will participate and I will have to be in the friendlies and I need to release tension, and be as good as possible for tomorrow.
The shoulder, a very attractive muscle that is the icing on the cake of a muscular upper body. Although it is a very worked muscle in gyms and more in the world of Street Workout, but a series of things must be taken into account to get the most out of it, so we are going to talk about this in this article.
Taking this into account, we are interested in the deltoid, one of the muscles that gives movement to these joints and the one that gives our shoulders that much-demanded spherical appearance.
The deltoid is made up of three heads: the anterior, the lateral, and the posterior.
The anterior head is responsible for internal rotation and flexion of the shoulder. Shoulder flexion consists of raising the shoulder forward, in the sagittal plane.
The lateral head has the function of separating the arm from the body to the side, that is, abduction, in the frontal plane.
The posterior head is generally extensor of the shoulder, that is, it carries the arm backwards in the sagittal plane.
