Para dar unos puntos sobre esta rutina es que es una rutina que consta de 4 ejercicios, el cual realizaremos 3 series como tal haciendo cada uno en circuito sin para hasta llegar a las 3 series, cuando la realizas antes de entrenar siempre hago series de 3 rondas, cuando finalizó siempre coloco 5 rondas, les aconsejo que empiece con tres es una rutina muy fuerte y debes de tener un nivel óptimo en abdomen.
