Está tarde, por fin me decidí a presentarme en full deporte, ya casi un año haciendo mi blog en hive y me parecía que ir a esta comunidad hacer deportes cuando no era real en mi vida no me parecía sincero, pero ya a principio de este año, inicie una serie de actividades deportivas, ya llevo más un mes, es por ello que dije este es el momento.

Yo no quiero ser una gran maratonista, ganarme una medalla de oro, o bajar muchos kilos, solo quiero mostrar una rutina de ejercicios sencillos, que me han permitido recrearme, divertirme, hacer deportes, crear una rutina, además no soy la mejor haciendo videos, pero todo lo que buscamos es un inicio y este año haré muchas nuevas actividades que posteare en mi blog.

Es importante decir, que la app de @actifit la descargue en mi teléfono, porque me ayuda a llevar un registros de mis avances deportivos, espero poder aprender mucho de ustedes.

Siempre ví muchos de mis amigos publicando en esta comunidad, tengo muchas expectativas, espero mostrar de lo que puedo ser capaz, no me rindo y pienso que los límites son mentales, soy alegre y siempre verán una sonrisa en mi, así que estaré publicando en muchas ocasiones.

This afternoon, I finally decided to introduce myself in full sport, already almost a year doing my blog on hive and it seemed to me that going to this community to do sports when it was not real in my life did not seem sincere, but already at the beginning of this year, I started a series of sports activities, I've been more than a month, that's why I said this is the time.
