Les traigo esto como motivacion para que sigan avanzando yo empece a hacer freestyle hace un año y unos pocos meses, como han podido apreciar no solo en este post, tambien en los anteriores he mejorado mucho claro como todo asi como he tenido mis mejores momentos tambien he tenido los peores con lesiones y molestias mas eso no es suficiente motivo para seguir adelante con esta disciplina deportiva 🔥💪🏻.

Este video esta basado en un entrenamiento estilo competencia esto lo hago un poco antes de alguna competencia para memorizar los dinamicos que tengo seguros, mejorar la limpieza y evitar un posible bloqueo mientras compita, con esto y un entrenamiento de movilidad completaria la rutina del dia💜
