Saludos querida comunidad #needleworkmonday, hay dos cosas que me gustan mucho, los trabajos de aguja y tener a un gato conmigo, ambas cosas llenan mis días de alegría, bienestar y me motivan a seguir adelante a pesar de las adversidades, tengo el placer de compartir con mi hijo el amor por el crochet y por los gatos, algo que nunca imaginé pero que ahora es como un regalo que me ha dado la vida, por otro lado me gusta mucho es tema de Halloween, así que no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de participar en el Concurso Needle Work Your PET con sombrero de calabaza para mi preciosa gatita Linda quien aun está en recuperación de la cirugía de esterilización, hace mucho tiempo que no hago un tutorial de crochet detallado y esta es mi oportunidad, espero les guste.

Materiales / Materials

Hilo pabilo: naranja, verde.
Hilo acrílico negro.
Ganchillo de 2.5mm, de 2mm y de 1.25mm.
Aguja de ojal grande.
Tijera
Cinta elástica y aguja e hilo para coser.
Gato 🐱😁

Wick thread: orange, green.
Black acrylic yarn.
2.5mm, 2mm and 1.25mm crochet.
Large buttonhole needle.
Scissors
Elastic tape and needle and thread to sew.
Cat 🐱😁

Proceso/ Process

Hilera 1: Con el hilo naranja y ganchillo de 2.5mm hacer 16 puntos altos en un anillo.
Hilera 2: (1 punto alto, 1 aumento) X 8. Total de puntadas: 24
Hilera 3: (1 punto alto, 1 aumento, 1 punto alto) X 8. Total de puntadas: 32
Hilera 4: 3 puntos altos, 20 cadenas, saltar 10 puntadas, 6 puntos altos, 20 cadenas, saltar 10 puntadas, 3 puntos altos.

Row 1: With the orange thread and 2.5mm crochet hook make 16 double crochets in a ring.
Row 2: (1 double crochet, 1 increase) X 8. Total stitches: 24
Row 3: (1 double crochet, 1 increase, 1 double crochet) X 8. Total stitches: 32
Row 4: 3 double crochets, 20 chains, skip 10 stitches, 6 double crochets, 20 chains, skip 10 stitches, 3 double crochets.

Hilera 5: 3 puntos altos, 20 puntos altos en las cadenas, 6 puntos altos, 20 puntos altos en las cadenas, 3 puntos altos. Total de puntadas: 52
Hilera 6: 52 puntos altos.
Hilera 7: Tomando solo el lado del frente de las puntadas (1 punto alto. 1 aumento) X 26. Total de puntadas: 78
Hilera 8: Con hilo verde tomando solo el lado de atrás de las puntadas (1 puntos deslizado, 1 cadena) X 39.

Row 5: 3 double crochets, 20 double crochets in the chains, 6 double crochets, 20 double crochets in the chains, 3 double crochets. Total stitches: 52
Row 6: 52 double crochets.
Row 7: Taking only the front side of the stitches (1 double crochet. 1 increase) X 26. Total stitches: 78
Row 8: With green thread taking only the back side of the stitches (1 slip stitch, 1 chain) X 39.

Para el tallo de la calabaza:

Hilera 1: Con hilo verde y ganchillo de 2 mm. Hacer 6 puntos bajos en un anillo.
Hileras 2-5: 6 puntos bajos.

Para las hojas:

Tomar solo el lado del frente de las puntadas.
Hacer 2 cadenas, 2 puntos altos juntos
2 cadenas, 1 punto deslizado en la primer cadena
2 puntos altos juntos en la misma lugar que los anteriores puntos altos, 2 cadenas, 1 punto deslizado en el mismo lugar de las puntadas anteriores.
Hacer 2 puntos deslizados y repetir el procedimiento dos veces para obtener 3 hojas.

For the pumpkin stem:

Row 1: With green thread and 2 mm hook. Make 6 single crochets in a ring.
Rows 2-5: 6 single crochets.

For the leaves:

Take only the front side of the stitches.
Make 2 chains, 2 double crochets together
2 chains, 1 slipped stitch in the first chain
2 double crochets together in the same place as the previous double crochets, 2 chains, 1 slipped stitch in the same place as the previous stitches.
Make 2 slipped stitches and repeat the procedure twice to obtain 3 leaves.

Para los ojos:

Con hilo negro y ganchillo de 1.25mm, hacer 5 cadenas.
Hacer 1 punto bajo en la segunda cadena.
Hacer 1 punto medio alto en la tercera cadena.
Hacer 1 punto alto en la cuarta cadena.
Hacer 1 puntos doble alto en la quinta cadenas.
Dejar una hebra larga para coser, hacer dos ojos y coser a la calabaza.

Para la boca:

Hacer 4 cadenas, 1 puntos deslizado en la segunda cadena.
(Hacer 4 cadenas, girar y hacer 1 punto deslizado en la segunda cadena) X 6.
Hacer 3 cadenas y dejar una hebra larga para coser la boca a la calabaza.

For the eyes:

With black thread and 1.25mm crochet hook, make 5 chains.
Make 1 single crochet in the second chain.
Make 1 half double crochet in the third chain.
Make 1 double crochet in the fourth chain.
Make 1 treble crochet in the fifth chain.
Leave a long tail to sew, make two eyes and sew to the pumpkin.

For the mouth:

Make 4 chains, 1 slipped stitch in the second chain.
(Make 4 chains, turn and make 1 slipped stitch in the second chain) X 6.
Make 3 chains and leave a long strand to sew the mouth to the pumpkin.

Resultado / Result

Este encantador proyecto de sombrero es muy fácil de hacer si tienen conocimientos básicos del crochet, creo que la parte más difícil fue hacer que Linda se quedara quieta para las fotos 😂 tuve que tomar muchas fotografías para obtener algunas que no estuvieran movidas, espero se animen a realizar este sombrero y disfrutar de ver a sus gatitos con un atuendo especial para Halloween 🎃🐱 😁

This lovely hat project is very easy to make if you have basic knowledge of crochet, I think the hardest part was getting Linda to sit still for the photos 😂 I had to take a lot of photos to get some that weren't shaky, I hope you are encouraged make this hat and enjoy seeing your kitties in a special outfit for Halloween 🎃🐱 😁
