¡Volvieron los videos! ¿Se lo ¿esperaban? Bueno yo tampoco jajajajaja. Hace mucho tiempo me preguntaban por mi rutina de SkinCare, pero yo no quería decirla ya que no estaba muy segura, actualmente me compre productos nuevos y sigo sin estar segura de que todos me van a funcionar, pero no podía dejar de darle tantas largas al asunto de mi rutina básica. Quiero aclarar que todas las pieles son distintas y reaccionan diferentes a cada producto.

Well neither did I hahahahahaha.A long time ago I was asked about my SkinCare routine, but I didn't want to say it because I wasn't sure, actually I bought new products and I'm still not sure if all of them are going to work for me, but I couldn't stop dragging my feet about my basic routine. I want to clarify that all skins are different and react differently to each product.

Mi rutina es muy básica, de hecho considero que me hacen falta al rededor de 3 productos más para completarla, pero aún así la disfruto, no he visto resultados ya que estos pueden notarse al mes como mínimo. Mi rutina básica de Día esta compuesta por 3 simples pasos, la de noche también a menos que me haya maquillado y deba incluir un desmaquillante que derrita el maquillaje como paso inicial. En el video les muestro la aplicación de cada producto y aquí en el Post el complemento.

My routine is very basic, in fact I consider that I need around 3 more products to complete it, but I still enjoy it, I haven't seen results since they can be noticed after at least a month.My basic daytime routine consists of 3 simple steps, my nighttime routine also unless I have applied my makeup and need to include a makeup remover to melt the makeup as the initial step. In the video I show you the application of each product and here in the Post the complement.

Antes de tocar mi rostro debo limpiar mis manos con jabón, para no llevar más suciedad a la piel de mi cara. Empiezo mi rutina con un limpiador de la marca Dernier, lo aplico en mi rostro con las manos y hago un leve masaje para limpiar, también puedo aplicarlo en mi pulpito exfoliante y hacer un combo de limpieza y exfoliación (Esto lo hago cuando no voy a usar el Gel Exfoliante). Este limpiador esta formulado con Ácidos Frutales o Alfa Hidroxiácidos, que hacen un peeling suave en la piel, este producto no reseca y también ayuda con el acné.

Before touching my face I must clean my hands with soap, so as not to bring more dirt to the skin of my face. I start my routine with a Dernier brand cleanser, I apply it on my face with my hands and do a light massage to cleanse, I can also apply it on my exfoliating pulpit and do a combo of cleansing and exfoliation (I do this when I'm not going to use the Exfoliating Gel).This cleanser is formulated with Fruit Acids or Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which make a gentle peel on the skin, this product does not dry out and also helps with acne.

Coloque el paso de la exfoliación como opcional ya que esta creo que se realiza mayormente en la noche, pero igual lo hice para mostrarles como la realizo. Este paso depende de cada piel, no se realiza todos los días, yo lo estoy haciendo dos veces la semana (Un viernes y un Martes) y luego pasare a realizarla únicamente una vez a la semana. Con la exfoliación retiramos toda la piel muerta de nuestro rostro y limpiamos a profundidad.

I put the exfoliation step as optional since I think it is mostly done at night, but I did it anyway to show you how I do it. This step depends on each skin, it is not done every day, I am doing it twice a week (Friday and Tuesday) and then I will do it only once a week. With the exfoliation we remove all the dead skin from our face and cleanse in depth.

Siempre digo que "Una piel hidratada es una piel feliz" Pero recordemos no abusar de este paso. Estoy utilizando actualmente este Gel Hidratante de la marca Valmy, esta formulado con Aloe Vera, prefiero hidratar con una crema pero actualmente no poseo una. Este producto aún esta a prueba, no me convence del todo pero aún así prefiero hidratar con algo mi piel, este paso lo realizo también en la noche aunque el hidratante sea más ligero.

I always say "Moisturized skin is happy skin" but let's remember not to overdo this step. I am currently using this Valmy Moisturizing Gel, it is formulated with Aloe Vera, I prefer to moisturize with a cream but I don't currently own one. This product is still on trial, I'm not completely convinced but I still prefer to moisturize with something, I also do this step at night even though the moisturizer is lighter.

Uno de los pasos más importante, con o sin rutina de SkinCare: Siempre Debemos Utilizar Protector Solar. Sin importar el día, sin importar la hora, sin importar si salimos o no de casa, si el sol no se ve. Siempre, debemos utilizarlo, este producto nos va a ayudar con el envejecimiento! nos va a evitar manchas por el sol, arrugas, líneas de expresión, que nos quememos, que nos salgan parches. El protector solar debe ser nuestro mejor amigo, la cantidad correcta para todo nuestro rostro se las muestro en el video.

One of the most important steps, with or without SkinCare routine: Always Use Sunscreen. No matter the day, no matter the hour, no matter if we leave the house or not, if the sun is not visible.We should always use it, this product will help us with aging! It will prevent us from sun spots, wrinkles, expression lines, burning, patches. Sunscreen should be our best friend, the correct amount for our entire face is shown in the video.

Esta es mi piel sin nada de maquillaje, solo con la rutina de SkinCare, este es apenas el comienzo para luego observar los cambios.

This is my skin without any makeup, only with the SkinCare routine, this is just the beginning to observe the changes.

Esta rutina de SkinCare contiene los 3 pilares fundamentales de cada rutina: Limpiar, Hidratar y Proteger. Debemos tener en claro esto desde el principio, los tónicos, serums, esencias, mascarillas son muy buenos si encontramos el indicado para cubrir nuestras necesidades, yo estoy en busca de esos productos, pero debemos por lo menos usar algo básico como esta rutina con productos aptos para nuestra piel. This SkinCare routine contains the 3 fundamental pillars of every routine: Cleanse, Moisturize and Protect.We must be clear about this from the beginning, tonics, serums, essences, masks are very good if we find the right one to meet our needs, I am looking for those products, but we must at least use something basic like this routine with products suitable for our skin.
